The Story

Service businesses like HVAC companies, plumbers, and electricians generate leads from dozens of sources like Facebook groups, neighborhood apps, and referral networks, but most don't have a system for capturing and tracking those leads consistently. They end up scattered across text messages, emails, and sticky notes.

GravMagnet solves this with branded intake forms that each get a unique short link. A technician can drop their form link in a Facebook group comment, a neighborhood app post, or a text message. When a homeowner fills it out, the lead flows into GravMagnet's dashboard with full attribution: which form, which channel, and which campaign.

The platform includes real-time analytics, third-party CRM integrations (ServiceTitan, ElevateEngine, and more), and AI-assisted marketing tools. Built as a multi-tenant SaaS with a .NET 8 API backend, Angular 19 frontend, and MySQL on AWS RDS.

Create reusable SMS templates with personalization variables like client name, business name, and form link. A guided wizard lets agents select a template, preview the message with variables filled in, and send via Twilio. Built-in rate limiting, opt-in enforcement, and delivery tracking keep messaging compliant and auditable.

AI-Powered Marketing Assist

Generate compelling call-to-action posts for Facebook groups and neighborhood apps using OpenAI. The system suggests posts tailored to the client's services and target neighborhoods, ready to copy and paste with the intake form link attached.
